User issues and support

Email and office 365 Support

Printer & label Printer Support

User issues and support

Desktop and Laptop Setup and optimization

Machinery OS Backups & Upgrades

Mobile Phone Support and Setup

Asset Tracking and maintenance

Ticket System maintenance and managing

Assist With Server backups and monitoring

Security & Antivirus maintenance.

CCTV (Hikvision Support Maintenance and installations

AD Knowledge (Advantage)

Some network Cabling

Network Trouble shooting.

Unifi Networking

Firewall and Networking

Inherent Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Similar

IT qualification will be an advantage

2–5 years' experience in desk supporter or IT infrastructure roles

Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems

Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Active Directory / Entra ID

Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

VPN and remote desktop tools
What Qualification Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Similar
Minimum Qualification Certificate
