- Matric
- Proven experience as a manager or a minimum of 5 Years experience in a similar position
- Minimum 10 Years experience in the health and safety industry, including but not limited to the metal and mining industry.
- Understanding financial fundamentals.
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation.
- Willing to travel.
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations pertaining to the business / health and safety and building legislation.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, MS Word package.
- Outstanding communication ability, both with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ensuring that services are provided on time and correctly.
- Strong decision-making skills and a result-driven approach.
- Results driven and customer focused.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
