Job Overview

• Responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our range of hydraulic seal products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hydraulics and related industrial sectors
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product presentations
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in hydraulic sales or the hydraulics industry (essential)
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic components, systems, and applications
• Minimum 3–5 years external sales experience in industrial environment
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems advantageous)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Hydraulics / Industrial Engineering (advantageous)
• Established network within industrial, mining, or engineering sectors
